Our Associates
Karen Kulju
Karen has been with Guardian National serving our Agents for over 20 years. She
was with an agent before she joined Guardian. Karen is very friendly and enjoys
the challenges of the title profession. She is married and lives in Parma. When
she’s not solving your title problems, Karen enjoys working out at the YMCA,
Cooking (Italian is her favorite), Gardening, Crafts and Interior Decorating.
She enjoys vacationing in Sarasota, Florida and Amish Country, especially
Sugarcreek, Ohio.
Karen Polomsky
Karen does our accounting and audits. Our Agents get occasional visits from
Karen. Her friendly smile helps put them at ease. Karen lives in the West Park
area of Cleveland with her husband and dog.
