FSRs are based upon a series of quantitative ratios and considerations which together comprise Demotech’s Financial Stability Analysis Model. FSR’s are accepted by government-sponsored enterprises, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and various programs of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), mortgage lenders, as well as a number of umbrella and agents error and omissions insurance markets.


Michael Waiwood

President and CEO

Michael is President and CEO of EnTitle Insurance Company. He was formerly Senior Regional Counsel and State Manager for First American Title Insurance Company and is a graduate of John Carroll University and Cleveland Marshall Law School. Mike was instrumental in establishing the Ohio Title Insurance Rating Bureau and served as its first President. He is an active spokesman for the title industry and is a frequent speaker on real estate law and title insurance topics. Besides being a licensed pilot, Mike enjoys hockey and skiing.
