History
Over 25 years ago in the city of Cleveland, an idea was born. An idea that said
putting your customers' interests first is smart business. Treat your customers
the way you want to be treated and good things will happen. These are principles
that our company believes in now more than ever. Guardian National Title Insurance
Company (GNTIC) was formed in Cleveland in 1978. Our initial focus was to provide
underwriting for a sister company's title operations in Ohio. Over the years, we
have been able to expand our efforts to include underwriting for over 50 agents
in Ohio and recently we have reached beyond our state borders to increase business.
GNTIC. has secured a license to underwrite within the State of Pennsylvania, with
the intention of providing the same unparalleled quality of service to independent
agents and to provide security to our policyholders.
